Changing of the Guard
The Pabian Residence hasn’t changed hands since it was built in 1961. The house was acquired in 2022 with the original details largely intact, but the materials and systems in the house had been neglected for years.
With the help of architect and restoration expert Cory Buckner, all planned alterations were carefully decided upon to keep the original footprint of the home, while restoring the materials and fitting it with modern systems, appliances and smart features.
The restoration was a slow process, taking over a year to complete. The home now exudes a sense of calm and serenity making it the perfect canvas for living, working and entertaining.
